Well, one cannot compare Baahubali's records, but Mahesh has surely created new records. The film is now all set to cross the Rs 80 corers figure which is a record in itself as far as Telugu film industry is concerned.
Already, the film is now officially the second biggest grosser in the history of Telugu cinema. Now it has just completed third week and it has already made Rs 79.40 corers.
And from today, the film will have two extra scenes and incidentally, no big films have released this week. So trade analysts are confident that it will surely breach the Rs 80 corer mark.
After Baahubali, Srimanthudu is the next big film to cross the Rs 80 mark film. It is known that the film has been produced by Mythri Films along with Mahesh Babu. The film is directed by Koratala Siva who is now looking for a hat-trick.
