Power Star Pawan Kalyan is all set to entertain us again with the sequel of the Super hit film Gabbar Singh. The latest film is named as Sardaar Gabbar Singh and is being directed by K.S Ravikumar and is being produced by Sharath Marar. Actress Kajal Aggarwal paired up with the Power Star for the first time. They were supposed to work together for Gabbar Singh itself, but Sruthi Haasan replaced kajal in the prequel.
The 2011 film Gabbar Singh went on to become a blockbuster and the biggest hit in Pawan Kalyan’s career. Attarintiki Daredi also was successful and after Power Star moved to politics, he did not have any proper release in the past year. Gopala Gopala which had Venkatesh in the lead role had PawanKalyan in a supporting role. Fans are eager to watch the magic of Power Star on the screen as the lead actor.
The makers now announced the release date of the movie to be 11th May 2016. Gabbar Singh was also released on May 11th in the year 2011. The sequel is coming after four years and with doubled expectations from the fans as well as Telugu Film Industry. Kajal last appeared in Govindudu Andarivadele. She did not appear in any other Telugu film after that. Now in 2016, she will also appear in Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam which also has Samantha Ruth Prabhu as another female lead.
Sardaar Gabbar Singh has its music composed by Devi Sri Prasad again. The combination of Devi Sri Prasad and Pawan Kalyan always did wonders. Their recent movies together like Gabbar Singh and Attarintiki Daredi were huge hits, music being one of the plus points of their success. The teaser of the movie is released a few months ago and the trailer will be released in the month of March or April 2016.
