It was reported by Noida Authority on tuesday that Ringing Bells Private Limited office did not have authorisation, Sector 63 plot allotted did not obtain compulsory rent permission before letting out premises. Hence Ringing Bells office is not a legal one and it is illegal. According to the officers, an allottee cannot let out industrial space until and unless he takes Authority’s rent permission. This is what an officer stated in this connection, The owner of the building has let out 1,500 sq ft area on the second floor to Ringing Bells without obtaining mandatory permission from the Noida Authority even though there exists a rent agreement between the allottee and the tenant. According to officers, investigation with regard to it is in progress and allottee will get a notice and have to give heavy penalty if any irregularity is found.
