Government of Andhra Pradesh will
use e-office systems and electronic files for smooth shifting of
secretariat from hyderabad to Velagapudi village, Amaravati from June-15. The files created post-bifurcation of
the state are in e-form. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu
on tuesday inaugurated the temporary secretariat at velagapudi village. Officials said that although only the Chief Minister office is
completely ready and rest of the offices are still in construction. P Raghunatha Reddy (I&PR and IT Minister) said digital version files will be transferred smoothly and non of the files should miss in the process, we unplug at hyderabad and plug in at the temporary secretariat. We are hoping to transfer
all the paperwork and old files without any major glitches.
