Near Kanpur 43 people injuries and two people are dead in the crash of a
passenger train in Uttar Pradesh state, according to sources. As the cause of
the crash has to be known. The 14
couches of Ajmer-Sealdah Express obstructed near Kanpur in the early morning of
Wednesday. Official sources said that all passengers were rescued from the obstructed
couches. The derailment of couches was betided when the rail was crossing a
bridge over a dry canal.
Suresh Prabhu (Railways Minister) tweeted
that a ‘thorough investigation will be carried out’ to know the cause of the
accident.
