In the Hyderabad Shamshabad airport and several other sensitive places of the city have been put on high alert following the arrest of 13 IS operatives on Wednesday. A massive ruination with serial bomb blasts was planned during Eid by the ISIS operatives who entered the city, three months back with the help of their supporters in old city after communicating on Social Media Facebook. The National Investigative Agency (NIA) teams along with Telangana police conducted raid at several places Talab Katta, Mir Chowk, Hussaini Alam, Hafiz Baba Nagar, Moghalpura, Falaknuma, Chandrayanagutta and Bhavaninagar since Tuesday night and arrested the terror group members. The NIA teams had also recovered  huge stock of guns, explosives and INR 15 lakh from them.

Indian priest kidnapped in Yemen by unknown gunmen could be in the hands of ISIS according to the media reports. Tom Unzhunnalil was kidnapped from the Missionaries of Charity’s home for the elderly in Aden where he serves as a chaplain on March 4. There are rumours going around that he will be crucified on Good Friday. However, a spokesman for the Bangalore province of the Salesians was quoted saying that no group has taken any responsibility yet. A post on the group’s South Africa page has been taken down. Earlier, the Yemen authorities blamed ISIL for the attack on March 4.

Terror Group ISIS has threatened attacks on Spain in their latest propaganda video, declaring: "We will recover our land from the invaders.'' A map was previously shared showing the areas ISIS plans to have under control by 2020, including Spain and large parts of Asia and Africa.

The video shows an ancient map of the Iberian Peninsula turning red, the Daily Express reports, as part of the militant group's goal to expand its boundaries into Europe.Spain was ruled by Muslims after it was invaded in 711 by largely Moorish armies from North Africa, later becoming part of the Umayyad caliphate. Muslim rule declined after the 10th century and ended in 1492.

Three Moroccan-born men were arrested in Spain in November, accused of preparing to launch a Charlie Hebdo-inspired attack in Madrid. Europe's deadliest attack by Islamist militants happened in Spain in 2004, when a series of bomb attacks on Madrid commuter trains killed 191 people.More than 100 people from Spain are feared to have travelled to join ISIS militants in Syria and Iraq.

Assam police is keeping a close watch on extremist militant group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria which has generated a lot of interest in the state going by the "hits in the Internet photos of ISIS", state DGP Khagen Sarma said on Tuesday.

 Noting that Assam has religious fundamentalists, the DGP today said that "a lot of interest has been generated in Assam in the ISIS. Hits in the Internet photos of ISIS is very high in Assam".
On being reminded that the hits on the Internet may be out of curiosity about the ISIS, he said, "That kind of interest is a very small percentage".Recent media reports quoting the findings of a national survey by an intelligence agency showed the second largest volume of Internet traffic related to ISIS was from Assam after Jammu and Kashmir.
Sarma, however, said while responding to queries on the global terror outfit's threat to the state or its appeal in the state, that he had not actually seen anybody from the ISIS in Assam so far.
The DGP also said that the Assam Police CID and the National Technical Research Organisation (NTRO) were monitoring the activities of the ISIS and if they have formed any cyber cells for recruitment.
NTRO is a technical intelligence agency under the National Security Adviser in the prime minister's office.
