Faf du Plessis, AB de Villiers, Quinton de Kock and Bhuvneshwar Kumar (with the ball) struck centuries as South Africa plundered 438 for four in their 50 overs in the fifth One-Day International (ODI) match at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday. The Paytm Freedom series is currently tied at 2-2. You can here.
Earlier in the day, South Africa won the toss and elected to bat. They came in with two changes to the side that lost by 35 runs in Chennai. Kyle Abbott and Dean Elgar were brought in for Aaron Phangiso and Chris Morris. India, on the other hand, came into the match without any changes.
Quinton de Kock and Faf du Plessis put on a century stand off just 90 balls. They scored at a good rate. De Kock brought up his ninth ODI century and fifth against India. Soon after his dismissal, AB de Villiers took the centre-stage and plundered the Indian bowlers all over the park. However, it was Faf du Plessis, who battled through severe cramps to anchor South Africa’s innings. This was the most expensive bowling
