The wager being legal in the United Kingdom (UK), around INR 2,000 Crores were being wagered on Final Champion's Trophy between Indian and Pakistan, as per the estimations by the All India Gaming Federation (AIGF). India emerge to be a clear favourite of bookings on friday but not by a large margin. If one bets INR 100 on India, and India wins, the one will get back around INR 147, as per the Betfair. On the other hand, if Team Pakistan wins the one will earn around INR 300.

This has been 10 years since the India and Pakistan will be playing in the final, so the bets are high. One can also wager on many facet of the game, such as 10 Over score by each team or even total scores by both. As the gambling is illegal in most parts of the country, Indians can place their bets through UK websites through their international credit cards and e-wallets, said Rolland Landers, CEO of AIGF's.

Rohit Sharma said: Was a great knock, especially when it comes on a winning note. Trying to get a big one, in the last two games. Was quite determined today. Wicket was brilliant. I kept telling myself to bat as much as possible. We have been playing good cricket. One last hurdle, a big game against Pakistan. It felt like he was batting overnight (Virat Kohli). As a captain, he was brilliant.

By Keeping stable as middleorder collapse around him civility Root's golden arm, Virat Kohli punt up a 50-plus partnership for the eighth wicket with Jayant Yadav. Choosing to bat first and picking three frontline spinners on a slow turner, India overloaded and surrounded with too much of New Zealand by 190 runs in the deciding fifth ODI in Visakhapatnam, with Amit Mishra picking up five wickets to send the visitors crashing to 79 all out. With borders hard to come by, India set a target of 270 thanks to half-centuries from Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli and the slog-overs of Kedar Jadhav and Axar Patel. New Zealand didn't get anywhere near it. Their openers fell early, to seam, before Mishra, Axar Patel and the debutant offspinner Jayant Yadav took over, finishing with combined figures of 14.1-2-35-8 as New Zealand lost their last eight wickets for 16 runs.

 Tea Break : 456/3
Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane extended their fourth-wicket partnership to 358 as New Zealand endured their second successive wicketless session of the Indore Test. At lunch on day two, India were 458 for 3, with Kohli batting on 207* and Rahane on 124*.

Kohli carried on batting with the same understated authority he had displayed on day one, scoring 46 runs off 80 balls and only once getting in any trouble, when he went back to defend a Jeetan Patel delivery that kept low: the ball hit the toe-end of his bat, then the ground, and then bounced over the stumps. Otherwise, he was imperturbable, hitting five fours in the morning - the pick of them a straight drive off Henry, getting his head on top of the ball and using his wrists to place it between the bowler and mid-on - and giving New Zealand no sight of a way past him.

All the drama came at the other end, where the fast bowlers, as they had done through day one, peppered Rahane with the short ball, looking to exploit the uncertain pace and bounce of the Holkar Stadium pitch to plant indecision in the batsman's head.

Rahane ducked under the first one he faced in the morning, against Henry, and pulled the next one, at the start of his next over, to the square-leg boundary, closing his eyes momentarily but rolling his wrists nicely over the head-high ball to keep it down. Then, two balls later, Henry went around the wicket. Rahane swayed away to account for the angle across him, but it jagged back in off the pitch, followed him, and hit the side of his helmet, just over his ear.

A session where runs flowed and records broke. It started off with both batsmen taking on the bowling and playing some good positive cricket. First, came the record fourth wicket partnership against New Zealand for India, then Rahane's highest Test score and finally to top of the session, Kohli brought up his double hundred. New Zealand are just going through the motions and are waiting for the declaration. Williamson tried to keep them upbeat during the drinks break, but not sure how much that has helped. He will need another pep talk with his men for another long session awaits them. As for India, will they declare today once Rahane reaches his double ton? Or even before that? Satisfied to score double century: Kohli

Kohli returned to the Caribbean after five years and got down to business, scoring his maiden 200 in the very first innings.

“Extremely satisfied” with his maiden Test double hundred, India skipper Virat Kohli says the feat has helped him wipe off the memories of his disappointing debut tour to the Caribbean in 2011 when he had struggled with the bat.

Kohli returned to the Caribbean after five years and got down to business, scoring his maiden 200 in the very first innings of the opening Test match against the West Indies here.

“Yes, it is a very good feeling. I made my debut here and it wasn’t a memorable series for me. Coming back here and getting a double hundred gives me a lot of satisfaction purely because of the fact that I have missed a couple of big scores in the past,” said Kohli, who had averaged just over 15 in the 2011 trip to the Caribbean.

The 27-year-old became the first Indian captain to get a double hundred in Tests overseas and Kohli said it was a very good feeling. “I know I have the ability to get big hundreds. This is my first double hundred in first-class matches in general, so this is something I always wanted to do and I am feeling really grateful that I was able to cross the mark.

“It is just a very good feeling. Test cricket is the most important format as far as I am concerned and the whole of team is concerned, so when you do well in Test cricket, it gives you the job satisfaction like nothing else. I am really happy for this moment,” he told BCCI.TV.

Kohli said playing with just five specialist batsmen put added responsibility on him and he wanted to lead by example.
“It is very important to understand the responsibility in front of you when you go in with a combination. Playing five batsmen is a bit of an added pressure on the batsman but that is what we want to take up as a challenge. The batsmen decided to take up the responsibility. As captain, I would never ask the players to do what I cannot do myself first and I have always believed in that,” he said.

“In this innings, the West Indies bowlers bowled well initially with the new ball and we were not getting many runs. I had decided in the change room that I am going to go out there, be positive and show intent and the runs started flowing. I knew if I stay long enough at the crease, I will get the runs I required and the team requires at the same time, and ended up scoring at a very good rate.”

The right-handed batsman said it was a very good batting effort by his team.
“We had very important contributions by Shikhar Dhawan (84); understanding the responsibility. Ravichandran Ashwin batted beautifully and got a hundred as well. Wriddhiman Saha (40) contributed well and Amit Mishra made 60 odd (53) in the end. All in all, it was a very good batting effort by everyone and something that we can be proud of. It is a bit of an added pressure (on the batsmen) but something that is what you want at this level of cricket,” said Kohli.

Aware of people’s expectations from him, Kohli said he feels at peace when he is batting in the middle alone.
“I think what a lot of people don’t understand is that there is more pressure when you’re not batting. When you are in the change room, you’re interacting with people, you get to know what people are saying and what people close to you expect from you. I think those are the things that give pressure. When I go out to bat, I am all by myself and my batting partner.

“People don’t understand that I am actually at a lot of peace when I am batting alone out there because I don’t have to interact with too many people and don’t have to listen to their expectations or know what they require of me. I can literally reflect on myself, understand what my thoughts and mood are and then work on those things. That is why I always prefer being out there in the middle than getting to know these things from people,” he revealed.

On the adjustments he had to make on this track, Kohli said:
“I think the shot selection is very important on this kind of wicket. The wicket has enough pace as you saw with the two fast bowlers in the end as well. You need to bowl good areas but at the same time, as a batsman you need to select your shots and that is what I focused on as well when I went out to bat.
“I backed myself to be positive, backed myself to score quickly because I knew if we had to bowl the opposition out, we need enough time for the bowlers; to be fresh again and also have breaks in between. This was one innings that came together very nicely.”

A brilliant day for India as they dominate on Day Two of the opening Test against the West Indies in Antigua. Virat Kohli scored his maiden double ton, Ashwin Ravi scored his third Test century as India declared on 566/8. Moahmmed Shami picked up the first wicket as WI finished on 31/1. West Indies trail by 535 runs.

Another woeful day for west indies cricket! India compiled a massive score:whilst west indies continue to struggle in this the longest version of the game.
Virat Kohli fell shortly after scoring his first ever double hundred as the Indian Test skipper was dismissed by Gabriel first ball after Lunch. Batting on 200, Kohli was bowled by the seamier. It was the skipper’s session as he, along with Ashwin, piled on the runs in the opening session of the day’s play. The duo swelled the total to 404/4 from the overnight total of 302/4.

West Indies looked a tired lot with the ball as they failed to create chances with the new ball in the morning session. The shoulders were dropping as the Indian pair continued to pile on the runs, at a very brisk pace in Antigua. While the focus remained on Kohli, Ashwin quietly went about doing business as he scored a crucial fifty, and then a hundred, in the process. He also shared a record 168-run fifth-wicket stand with the skipper at this venue. Celebrations were in plenty as one and all raised from their seats to applaud Kohli’s effort. Kumble was out with his camera while Viv Richards was all smiles from the stands. Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar too was very pleased from the commentary box. After declaring at 566/8, India reduced hosts to 31/1 at stumps.

After three hammerings in the ODIs, something to cheer for Zimbabwe and its passionate supporters. They have fallen on hard times, but let's hope this win gives them back some much needed happiness. Can they seal a rare series win when these two meet each other once again on Monday or will India comeback with renewed vigour? All to play for then. Do join us for all the action on Monday. For now, cheers and bye..

Chigumbura: 'I thought it was a good effort from the whole team, everyone contributed, the last over from Madziva was excellent. This win gives us plenty of confidence, we will look to improve and come hard once again on Monday.'

Elton Chigumbura is the Man of the Match

Cremer: 'Excellent comeback from us, especially after the loss in the ODI series. There are two matches to go still, can't take it easy. Chigumbura is a dangerous batsman, even when he isn't in the best of forms. India are a quality team and we know they will come hard at us in the remaining two games.'

Dhoni: 'Ultimately, it was a contest between bat and ball. It was all about execution, I thought the last ball was fantastic. We didn't bowl and field that well either. Soft dismissals, some of the wickets we lost were catching practice. I feel this is a stage where most of them would feel the pressure, I hope they learn from it, it is a good learning curve, but there were mistakes from the batsmen. Not a lot to think about, we didn't play our best XI. The Zimbabwe batsmen batted very well, but we didn't bowl well either.'

Just when they were coasting towards the target, Pandey threw away his wicket to Muzarabani and Zimbabwe started to pull things back. Axar Patel landed crunching blows towards the end. With 8 needed off the last over and Dhoni at the crease, one would've put their bet on the Indians but Madziva executed perfect death bowling and helped Zimbabwe romp home by 2 runs.

In a game full of twists and turns, Zimbabwe's bowlers held their nerve to emerge victorious. With 79 runs required off a mere 42 balls, the game was tantalizingly poised.

He was waiting for this, or so it seemed. This one was too full and right in the slot for him to swing across the line, and he got enough bat on it as the ball sailed over the stands. That's a century on ODI debut! Rahul lets out a roar.

He's only the 11th debutant to make a century on ODI debut, he's the first Indian. Rayudu has played his part in the century too by giving him enough strike towards the end. Chants of 'Raaahul Raaahul' echo across the Harare Sports Club.

As such, Zimbabwe's decision to save wickets rather than scour for runs had merit. They consumed 46 dot balls in the Powerplay. But biding time in limited-overs cricket makes sense only if the batsmen to follow can execute their shots.

Vusi Sibanda got a short and wide delivery from Bumrah in the 20th over and nicked it to the wicketkeeper. Craig Ervine picked out deep midwicket, instead of the boundary beyond him, when he was presented with a long hop from left-arm spinner Axar Patel in the 24th over. Even Sikandar Raza, one of only two batsmen to face more than 50 deliveries, ushered a ball that was there for the drive back onto his stumps.

With wickets falling, especially in such soft fashion, Zimbabwe were in a constant state of rebuild and India didn't need to do much more than adhere to the basics. Given the new ball, Sran bowled only five short balls in his first spell of six overs. The spinners bowled stump to stump. Axar had a straight field, with long-off and long-on back and Yuzvendra Chahal, one of three debutants along with Karun Nair and KL Rahul, had all the more incentive to target middle and off with the batsmen unable to read his legbreak from his googly. The two of them gave away only 53 runs in 20 overs and picked up a couple of wickets too.

Zimbabwe were limping past 100, with five men down, but Elton Chigumbura did his best to marshal the lower order. He found only four of his 41 runs in boundaries but was keen to push balls down the ground and cut the ones that gave him width. But his progress - and the final four wickets lingering on for nearly 15 overs - indicated the pitch had eased out and had Zimbabwe channeled better intent, they might have lived up to their interim coach Makhaya Ntini's threat of putting second-string teams 'under the carpet' a little better.

Innings Zimbabwe 168 in 49.5 overs (Chigumbura 41, Bumrah 4-28) v India

The Harare Sports Club has always had soft spot for bowlers and India exploited it with great skill to knock Zimbabwe out for 168.

Clear blue skies and a pleasantly brown pitch welcomed the players, but captains were wary of the 9 am start. When it is that early in the day, especially in the Harare winter, the new ball tends to jag around. MS Dhoni made the correct call at the toss and his inexperienced quicks hit the correct lengths straight away. As a result, Zimbabwe's innings went irreversibly wrong.

Barinder Sran, the left-arm quick who made his international debut only five months ago, was eying a wicket off the first ball he bowled on Saturday. An inswinger, full of length and given every opportunity to move through the air, had Chamu Chibhabha falling over while he tried to flick it through midwicket. Umpire Russell Tiffin turned that lbw appeal down, but could not deny Sran later in the over when he pinned the other opener Peter Moor in front of the stumps.

Meanwhile, Dhawal Kulkarni, one of India's premier fast bowlers in domestic cricket, was leaving squared-up batsmen staring at the pitch and wondering where all away movement was coming from. Jasprit Bumrah posed a different threat to the Zimbabwe batsmen. His powerful arm action and a tendency to hit the deck contributed to extra bounce, even off a good length. Besides

An outstanding  performance of Hyderabad bowlers controlled RCB. It was a marvellous performance. Hyderabad gave target of 209/7 (20) on the back of a sensational knock from Warner and a blitzkrieg from Cutting towards the end. To chase 209 RCB got off to a flying start with Gayle and Kohli with 114 Runs partnership at this moment Gayle lost after scoring 76 runs off 36 balls but set it all up for his middle order. Kohli continued on from there and reached half century. After Kohli  wicket Bangalore lost the plot.

Sunrisers Hyderabad led by David Warnerhas won its first Indian T20 League. SRH become the 6th team to win the title and have fully deserved. It was a stunning team effort which has gotten them over the line. The entire Hyderabad dugout flare up and they charge out onto the field. Hyderabad won by 8 runs.

Mumbai Indians faced the Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Chinnaswamy stadium. Losing the early wicket of Parthiv Patel brought in, Mr. Dependable, Ambati Rayudu. He anchored the innings, to score a patient 44, which was the foundation of our chase. During his knock, Rayudu hit Varun Aaron for a huge six over the bowler’s head, which landed on the second tier of the stadium. The monstrous hit was 108 metres long, which was also the third longest six of this season.

Kieron Pollard who is celebrating his 29th birthday today, gifted himself a great win when he finished the match in style alongside Jos Buttler. His contributions have come at crucial junctures throughout this tournament whenever the team needs him. Pollard began this season with an injury, and has come a long way from there. Pollard joined the team in 2010, as the most expensive player in the IPL and had a big reputation and price tag to live up to. Cut to 2016, he is one of the most destructive batsmen in T20 cricket, and with him at one end; we can always be at ease.

The team bonds well, as they have stayed together a long time. It was certainly evident with Rayudu’s gesture to Pollard. The team celebrated Pollard’s birthday and the win back at the hotel where Rayudu had a special gift for the big man. He gifted him his bat and asked him to try and beat his longest six record. It will be interesting to watch Pollard in the next match when he walks out to the crease wielding Rayudu’s bat and hitting those monstrous sixes into the crowd.

Every MI fan will be waiting for the big man to take up this challenge and come out to smash opposing bowlers out of the park. Pollard’s devastating form is required for us to retain our trophy this season. With three matches to go in the league stage this will be the most electrifying phase of the season and at this crucial juncture our fans will hope that Polly wins the challenge and sets a benchmark every time he comes out to bat.

Dwayne Bravo has described the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) as "the most unprofessional" in the world.

The West Indies all-rounder also described WICB president Dave Cameron as "arrogant" and "very immature".

West Indies won the World Twenty20 by beating England in a dramatic final on Sunday.

But Bravo, 32, says his team turned up for the tournament without their kit being ready and says they played the entire event without caps.

"We get to India, our names were not even printed on the uniforms," he said. "Our manager had to leave our camp to get names and numbers printed."

Bangladesh bowlers has kept Indian batsmen in check for most part of their innings, but india scored 146 runs. On a bowler friendly pitch and slow outfield, it can be a fighting total.

Pandya was given last over but Mushfiqur hits him for two 4s. Pandya gets the Bangladeshi batsman's wicket in loosing stages. The situation was Bangladesh need 2 runs in 2 balls. But Mahmudullah also gives catch and Bangladesh need 2 off 1. On the last ball Shuvagata misses the ball and goes for a run but Dhoni runs and hits the stump. Mustafizur Rahman doesn't reach the crease and in replay, he is given run out. India win the match by a run. Hat-trick in the last over is a miracle. Bangladesh was well played, good efforts by the team. They have loosed but they have created sweet in the Indian faces. The match was very exciting and thrill.  Match proves that good team work & well laid out strategy can turn any game in your favour..!

India are currently in 4th behind Australia in Group-2 and a big result against Bangladesh today will ease their qualification burden ahead of a potentially slippery meeting with Steve Smith's side in Mohali on Sunday.
