AP CM Chandrababu asked Vice-Chancellors of universities in the state to restore glory of the institutions and also transform them into skill development centres. Interacting with the Vice Chancellors in his office chandra babu said Universities must be places of invention, innovative ideas, skill development with the faculty training students to increase their knowledge. Some untoward incidents in the recent past brought bad name to some universities, So you should initiate corrective measures immediately to erase that bad name and restore glory of the universities. Noting that the future leaders and young entrepreneurs were made on the campuses so chief minister wanted the universities to adopt a constructive approach to inculcate leadership qualities among students. Chandra Babu said the government recently appointed industrialists as members of the universities senates to drive their growth and assist students in providing opportunities for skill development.
