In Andhra Pradesh Anti-Corruption
Bureau (ACB) raided the house of an K Lakshman Bhaskar (Senior Additional excise commissioner) houses of his relatives, friends and
his agents were searched. In this they found excavate property worth of INR 50
Crores. Acting on a tip off, the dick carried the raid on Saturday across the
state and in Hyderabad.
ACB conducted raids in 11 places at
Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and West Godavari. During the raid, the officers
found ten house sites, two flats, 4.5 acres of agriculture land in his name, INR
9 lakh in cash in new denomination of INR 2,000 rupee notes, 15 kg silver, 3 kg gold and 29 foreign liquor bottles. His investments
and shares amounted to INR 23 lakhs,
apart from a LIC policy of INR 3 lakh.
