A three-year-old girl Ahana Afzal has diagnosed with a strange medical condition, she cries tears of blood. The Blood started bleeding from her nose 16 months ago while doctors put it down to a high fever. And now, the blood bleeds from her ears, mouth, eyes and private parts of her body. Speaking with ANI, Dr Sirisha (Pediatric Oncologist) said, Ahana might be having a rare condition called Hematidrosis in which a human sweats blood. After days of medical care and concern, the bleeding has reduced a lot. She required multiple transfusions and recurrent admissions. One's physical health is badly affected with this and she is a child. It has not permanently been cured but process is on." 

 Mohammed Afzal father of the girl said, My daughter's problem started when she had a nosebleed, aged one, that time she was suffering from pneumonia. When I question doctors on her permanent cure- they don't have an answer. At present the doctors are taking help and suggestion from other hospital doctors and have been treating on my daughter. I request Central and State Government to help my daughter in this treatment.

The Indian government is now attempting to extend an order to make compulsory to sing the anthem at schools. Earlier in December Supreme Court announced that in all cinemas the national anthem should play before screenings and the citizens would have to 'stand up in respect' for the duration. Too much disrespect of national symbols had been pamper in the name of 'individually perceived notions of freedom', the court said

The SC, clarified on Tuesday that the national anthem order did not pressure anyone to sing, and that cinemagoers could remain seated if the music was played in the course of a film or documentary. Mukul Rohtagi (Indian attorney general) suggested the court to reconsider a 30-year-old judgment that grants schoolchildren the right not to sing the national anthem. Rohtagi said it was 'extremely important to instill a sense of nationalism from childhood' and that 'the legal position does not remain static and must change with the times', as per the Indian Express. And the government has been forced to clarify how the law should apply to people unable to stand due to injury or disability, ordering that instead they should try not to move and maintain the maximum possible alertness physically.

NGO Pratham has declared the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER), according to the report every 4-25 % of students passing 8th class are not capable to read basic Class 2 Paragraph Text. The reading ability has been intensify from 2014 from 74.7% to 73.1% in 8th Standard students. The outstretch of the survey widen to 589 rural districts across the country, which covers 17,473 villages and 5,62,305 childrens of age group 3-16. The Survey also tested the basic reading and arithmetic abilities of 3rd and 4th standard students of both government and private schools. The figures have been improved as compared to last year but its still not very satisfactory. As per the report 58.8% of government and 61.2% private school students cannot read Class 2 text. These figures have improved from 2014 figures of 66.9 and 63% respectively. 

For the arithmetic abilities, there has been a minimal improvement in the primary classes, however the secondary class students remains same. And 68.4% of 7th standard students could correctly carry out a 3 digit by 1 digit division problem in 2010, the number further reduced to 44.2% in 2014 and further to 43.3% in 2016. There was rise in the number of small schools and also increase in the facilities available in the schools. Only 3.7% schools visited in 2016 did not have toilets. Some states stood out in terms of providing computer facilities. The Kerela state had a 89% segment of schools with computer labs. Though states continue to focus on improving the education facility and standards at primary level of education, the overall picture too needs to be better.

 An born girl child has been thrown to death by unknown. The incidence took place in the Maruthi Nagar, Bengaluru, sources says that child was found in the garbage, in the morning around 1100 hrs, expected that by unknown child was kept in the garbage in early in the morning. The baby was found as death by unknown strangers. Police has filed the case and said proper investigation will be carried out.

Around 50 child's in the age group of one month to 14 years die of cancer every day in India, as per the recent study which also says the reason is due to lack of advanced treatment options in the country. The study was published in the Journal of Global Oncology, the study is been conducted by researchers from international institutes, including Mumbai's Tata Memorial Centre and University of Toronto and pegs the rate of mortality due to pediatric cancer in India at 37 per million every year.

In developed countries more than 80 percent of children are suffering from cancer are cured because of proper advanced treatments. Cancer is fast outbreak of a disease proportions in India. According to a Lancet report of 2014, over 1 Millon new cases of cancer are diagnosed every year in the country. As per WHO (World Health Organization) cancer cases in India will multiply five times over 2025. The Successful implementation requires several measures including improved anti-sugar measures, lifestyle, anti-tobacco, eating, pollution control and infrastructure development.
