The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, and the State Government of Andhra Pradesh will be organizing the 22nd edition of the Partnership Summit from January 10-12, 2016, at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The Hon’ble Commerce & Industry Minister of India, Ms. Nirmala Sitharaman, is the Chair of the Summit.

The Partnership Summit, from the very onset has provided a platform to stimulate discussions between all stakeholders on the best strategies and policies to help countries overcome the obstacles to improving competitiveness and integrate better into the globalized world. This summit, started in 1995, has become one of the most important business events in India. The Prime Ministers of India, Singapore, Canada, UK, Italy, Czech Republic and Presidents of India, Poland and Portugal have addressed the Partnership Summit since its start. The event traditionally sees over 1200 delegates of which 40% are from countries like the USA, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, France, Australia, South Africa, Italy, Qatar, China, Saudi Arabia etc.
