The gym staff immediately shifted the actor hospital where he subjected to ECG and Angiogram.
Hospital sources said they have found two blocks in the artery and doctors are yet to decide on whether they need to conduct angioplasty or an open heart surgery.
Kannada matinee idol Shivarajkumar was admitted to Mallya Hospital on Tuesday morning after he complained of uneasiness and chest pain at his house.
Shivarajkumar, who returned from a gym early in the morning, started feeling uneasy and complained of pain in the right part of his body.
He was rushed to hospital where doctors subjected him to various tests. Doctors say his condition is stable.
